BeeTree Homes

BeeTree Homes is the custom-home and remodeling studio at 11222 St. Johns Industrial Parkway North, Suite 6, Jacksonville, FL 32246, on the Southside industrial park east of Town Center. Google Places lists the phone as (904) 333-6187. This Stay Safe Jax page is that industrial-park office. It is not a production tract builder with a similar tree name, not Kitchen Design Gallery on Beach Boulevard, and not Jax Bargain Cabinets. Public ratings on this page are stored snapshots, not live scores. Google Places currently lists BeeTree Homes at 4.6 from 17 reviews for the Suite 6 listing, the same place ID stored here. Stay Safe Jax has no stored Yelp rating, so the headline is the Google snapshot: 4.6 from 17 reviews. Those numbers do not refresh when someone opens the page. Seventeen Google reviews is a small file. On Costco or Burlington that count would fail this review. BeeTree is a design studio, the name and industrial-park address match, and the dump’s only alternative is this same card, so the score is kept. It is still too thin to treat as a citywide grade. Google currently lists Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and closed Saturday and Sunday. Call before you drop in. Google lists wheelchair parking and entrance. Stay Safe Jax did not inspect the studio. The Better Business Bureau files Beetree Homes, Inc. at 11222 St. Johns Industrial Parkway North, Suite 5 — one suite number off the Google pin — as not BBB accredited, and says the bureau does not have enough information to issue a rating. The BBB record lists Florida certified building contractor license CBC1257713 with an expiration date of August 31, 2026, City of Jacksonville license 60636, and an older CBC1251544 that the bureau said expired August 31, 2024. Confirm current licenses on Florida’s DBPR site. Houzz’s professional profile lists the same industrial-park address, a 5.0 rating from 61 Houzz reviews, and Best of Houzz badges from 2014 through 2026. Stay Safe Jax does not average Houzz into the headline. Stay Safe Jax leaves warning flags at 0. A small Google file and a BBB page with no grade are not a sourced lawsuit. The 32246 industrial park is Southside, not a vague Jacksonville pin. Stay Safe Jax does not paste a company website. If you hire BeeTree, confirm Suite 5 versus Suite 6 on the door, check CBC1257713 on DBPR, and get the design-build scope in writing before demolition starts.
