Duval Honda

Duval Honda is the Honda new-car, used-car, and service store at 1325 Cassat Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32205, on Jacksonville’s Westside. Google Places currently lists that same lot as Atlantic Coast Honda. The sales phone on Google is (904) 387-9024. This Stay Safe Jax page is only that Cassat Avenue Honda store. It is not Honda of the Avenues on Philips Highway, not Coggin Honda Jacksonville on Atlantic Boulevard in Arlington, and not Duval Ford a few blocks south at 1616 Cassat Avenue. Google Maps now shows the dealership name as Atlantic Coast Honda because Lithia & Driveway bought the store. The Jacksonville Daily Record reported on September 11, 2024, that Lithia acquired Duval Honda and Duval Acura in Jacksonville, plus Subaru of Gainesville, from Duval Motor Co. Lithia’s September 10, 2024 PR Newswire release said the three stores were projected to generate more than $200 million in annualized revenue and marked Lithia’s debut in those markets. Haig Partners, the sell-side advisor, said Duval Motor Co. would keep Duval Ford. CEO Hampton Graham said the Graham family traces its Jacksonville roots to Walter McRae Sr. taking a porter job at Duval Ford in 1921, and that selling the Honda, Acura, and Subaru stores let the family focus on Ford. The Daily Record added that Duval Ford was downtown until 1969, then moved to 1616 Cassat Avenue, and rebuilt that Ford store in 2015 and 2016. That Ford history sits next door on Cassat. It is not this Honda franchise. The Better Business Bureau still files the Honda store as Duval Honda at 1325 Cassat Avenue. BBB says the company’s assets were purchased in September 2024, so the company is no longer operational under the previous ownership. Alternate names on that file include Lithia Motors, Inc. and L820, LLC. The profile is not BBB accredited. Stay Safe Jax treats that as an ownership note, not an Attorney General case and not a reason to hang a warning flag. Public ratings on this page are stored snapshots, not live scores. Google Places currently lists Atlantic Coast Honda at 4.6 from 3,551 reviews for 1325 Cassat Avenue, the same place ID stored here. A separate Google listing for the service center at the same address shows 4.6 from 221 reviews. Stay Safe Jax previously stored a Google 5.0 from 1 review on a different place ID. That was a failed match, not the Cassat Avenue Honda store. This page uses the 3,551-review listing instead. Stay Safe Jax could not independently confirm a current Yelp star rating after the rebrand: third-party feeds treat the former Duval Honda Yelp page as closed, and Yelp’s public pages blocked a fresh count. The headline is the Google snapshot, 4.6. Google Places lists wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance. Google Maps currently lists hours Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday closed. Service often opens earlier than sales. Hours change. Check Google the day you go. Stay Safe Jax leaves warning flags at 0. The Cassat Avenue Honda store is an operating Jacksonville Honda dealer with a strong Google score, a documented 2024 sale to Lithia, and a new public name of Atlantic Coast Honda.
