Research What Jacksonville residents should know
Fields Mercedes-Benz Jacksonville is the Stay Safe Jax catalog name for the Mercedes-Benz store at 10231 Atlantic Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32225, in Arlington. Google Places currently lists that lot as Mercedes-Benz of Jacksonville. This Stay Safe Jax page is that Atlantic Boulevard Mercedes-Benz point. It is not Mercedes-Benz of Orange Park at 7018 Blanding Boulevard, not Fields Cadillac at 7999 Blanding Boulevard, and not the 3-review Google card titled “Fields mercedes” that Places typed as a car-rental agency. The Jacksonville Daily Record reported that Fields Motorcars of Florida Inc., based in Winter Park, bought the 10231 Atlantic Boulevard property in 2016 from Brumos Motor Cars Inc. The paper’s May 21, 2024 story said the city issued a $10,966,369 permit to demolish, rebuild, and renovate the Arlington dealership, including a 68,665-square-foot two-story showroom and service project. Earlier Daily Record coverage in October 2023 and May 2024 said Fields also owns Lexus of Jacksonville next door at 10259 Atlantic Boulevard and that the store would stay open during construction. A Fields Auto Group LinkedIn post dated September 28, 2025, said the new Mercedes-Benz of Jacksonville showroom was officially open. Stay Safe Jax treats that as a sourced ownership and construction file, not a warning. Public ratings on this page are stored snapshots, not live scores. An earlier Places dump attached “Fields mercedes” at 3.7 from 3 reviews. That is a failed match for a well-known dealer. Stay Safe Jax rejected it. Google Places lists Mercedes-Benz of Jacksonville at 4.7 from 5,558 reviews for the same 10231 Atlantic Boulevard address. A vans listing at that address shows 1.0 from 4 reviews and was not used. Stay Safe Jax has no stored Yelp rating, so the headline is the sales snapshot: 4.7 from 5,558 reviews. Those numbers do not refresh when someone opens the page. The Better Business Bureau files Mercedes-Benz of Jacksonville at 10231 Atlantic Boulevard, not accredited. An earlier catalog neighborhood of Southside was wrong. The 32225 Atlantic Boulevard address is Arlington. Stay Safe Jax leaves warning flags at 0. The Fields Mercedes-Benz / Mercedes-Benz of Jacksonville store is an operating Arlington luxury dealer with a large Google file and a documented Fields renovation.
