Forever Vets Animal Hospital at Tinseltown

Forever Vets Animal Hospital at Tinseltown is at 4372 Southside Boulevard #308, Jacksonville, FL 32216, in the Southside Tinseltown retail cluster. Google Places lists the phone as (904) 619-9733. This Stay Safe Jax page is that Tinseltown hospital. It is not Forever Vets Jacksonville Beach on Beach Boulevard, and it is not the Baymeadows hospital. Public ratings on this page are stored snapshots, not live scores. Google Places currently lists Forever Vets Animal Hospital at Tinseltown at 4.6 from 1,301 reviews for Suite 308, the same place ID stored here. The public Yelp listing for Forever Vets Animal Hospital at Tinseltown is 2.6 from 99 reviews at 4372 Southside Boulevard, Suite 308. Stay Safe Jax averages those two snapshots, so the headline is 3.6, and the review count is the sum: 1,400. Those numbers do not refresh when someone opens the page. A huge, friendly Google file and a cooler Yelp file can both be true. Yelp reviewers who write often mention wellness-plan contracts, estimates, and after-hours visits. Google reviewers more often mention a specific doctor and a room ready so a cat can skip the lobby. Google hours are Monday through Saturday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Facebook’s public Tinseltown page describes primary care plus emergencies and shows a community recommend rate that is not used in the Stay Safe Jax headline. The Places card marks wheelchair parking, entrance, and restroom. BBB has Forever Vets profiles for Jacksonville Beach and a Baymeadows-area file. Those are other hospitals. Stay Safe Jax does not import them as this suite’s grade. Forever Vets began as a Baymeadows hospital in 2013 and now has multiple independently owned Florida sites. That history is context. It is not this Tinseltown rating card. No current lawsuit or Attorney General investigation turned up that would raise a warning flag. A 2.6 Yelp score is a consumer snapshot, not a sourced scandal. Pet owners should still ask for written estimates before surgery or a wellness plan. If your appointment is in Jacksonville Beach or Baymeadows, you are not on this page. This listing stays on Southside Boulevard at Tinseltown.
